Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer beeps 3 long and 2 short beeps. I changed the RAM but it dosen't work.

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

You may have bought incorrect RAM if you see this error code after installing new RAM.

 

Can you POST using the factory RAM?

 

Try Crucial (Link) for compatible memory upgrades.
