I've just got my HP Pavilion Gaming PC through the delivery and ever since I've gotten it, it's only working because the cable that I've plugged in it, yet despite it stuck in it always says that it's "not charging". I've tried just about everything; from restarting it, updating it, turning it on and off, and plugging it in into different outlets yet it still doesn't charge and is always staying at a 0% whistles not rising to even a 1. I don't know what's wrong, I haven't installed anything yet and it doesn't have an easy removable battery so I don't know if I should still removed it and put it back in like it says everywhere else. I don't think there's anything wrong with my adapter either since it isn't wobbly nor do I smell plastic. Can someone please help me I'm frustrated and don't know what to do, I just got it after all
