i have been dealing with this issue for a very long time, when i first bought the pc, both the logo and the internal case lights would work, however after a while they suddenly stopped working. My logo will light up and change colors and stuff, but my internal lights are always dark red, and i cant fix it. Ive looked all over online, and followed countless tutorials on here but cant seem to fix the problem.

I must let you know that the lights are subject to change on certain models only, so its important to know which model you've got,

Also, if you've checked the device compatibility with Omen command center using this link: click here to verify, and it is compatible, try reinstalling the Omen Command Center and check if that helps.
