OMEN by HP - 17-an190nr
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just want to turn the keyboard backlights on because I'm having a hard time to see which key is which. I saw on google that Omen Command Center lets me do this then I didn't find it on my conputer.

After a while I realized that my computer uses Omen Gaming Hub for that so I don't need to install the Command Center.

Then the strange thing is my Omen Gaming Hub doesn't have the option to customize Keyboard LEDs? Does it mean my model doesn't support that function?

Is there any other way I can turn the keyboard backlights on? I don't need anything fancy I just want them to light up so I can see them better, pretty sure my model of laptop does have the keyboard backlights?

I have OMEN by HP - 17-an190nr and this Laptop's images I found online showed its keyboards glowing so it must be able to glow, I just don't know how to get them to glow... My Omen Gaming Hub doesn't even show the Omen Desktop option.

I just checked HP support assist and it says all my HP softwares are up to date.

Does your machine have 4-zones keyboard ?

If yes, you can change from Lighting Studio as shown on the above image

If No, please use Proceed with basic lighting option and change from there.

Regards.
