My Omen PC just one day stopped being able to run games like Overwatch as they would crash at start. The temperature of the PC is hovering over 60 degrees Celsius. All of my drivers, graphics cards, and Windows are updated. The fans do not appear to sound different from when they were before it began to overheat and all seem to be running fine.

CPU and graphics card temps around 60 C when stressing the system (gaming or benchmarking) are really good.
Or is 60 C present when the PC is idling? This is not so good. Which component shows 60 C at idle?
Do you have a CPU: heatsink/fan cooler or a 120 mm AIO liquid cooler?
Download OCCT Personal 12.0.6 free at this Site. You can stress test the CPU, GPU, and other components (temps and stability). Watch the video at the download site.
OCCT 12.0.6 is a new version. It seems to be a little bit buggy. Try Intel-Burn-Test at this Site. Have used this software on both Intel and AMD CPUs.
