Product: OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT15-0000a (4Q9S1AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I got a new Omen Gaming Desk Top for my birthday and it does not start any of my favorite games...

It runs all tests fine ... I got the Nvidia RTX4070 my product number is 8F270EA#ABD.

 

It is really frustrating!#

 

I already checked all drivers, and implemented all updates... it looks to me like an issue with the graphic card... but onlz with the games....videos play fine...

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

I am fuzzy on what "the PC won't start the games" means.

 

Is the PC crashing or you have video and PC function but nothing happens on screen when you try to run games?

 

I would download and run Furmark to check the GPU. Furmark also has a CPU burner test to check the processor.
