Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I was trying to boot up my computer one day when I noticed it wouldn't boot. It kept beeping weirdly. First 8 long beeps, then 2 long and 2 short consecutively. And I can't even access the bios because there's no power to the keyboard and mouse whereas THE FANS work just fine. Please help. I can't even recover the bios due to my keyboard not working
