My PC keeps overheating and not working properly with the wifi my wifi is fine everytime i load into a game it overheats and the fan makes a loud noise i tried the setting performance thing it didn’t work please help

When you say it overheats what do you mean by that? Could you maybe monitor and post your temperatures?
You can use a program called HWMonitor to do so. If your PC overheats to the point of shutting down there's a real issue, but it's natural for the PC to heat up significantly while booting/launching or even running games.
To combat that the system will ramp up the fan speed momentarily.

Running your CPU anywhere up to 90 degrees is technically fine, however it probably means that it'll be throttling (slowing down). Personally my GPU hasn't hit anything past 85 degrees celsius, and that's whilst running it at 100% for a significant period of time.

I did however upgrade my CPU cooler, which is a significant but doable task. There are videos online on how to do it, but note that my system came with the Ryzen stock cooler, whereas some Omens come with a pretty nice AIO watercooler.
