Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My pc wont start. I recently tried Factory resetting it and now it just says preparing forever while a window says “the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error, windows installation cannot proceed to install windows. Click ok to restart computer.” But when I click ok to restart it, it just goes back to the same screen. I tried closing the window but it just resets my pc and pops back up with preparing in the backround

if not 1 then do 2
1 - see if you have cloud recovery
Go to the below site and enter your product ID including the 3 characters after the # character
If you have cloud recovery you can restore your system using a 32gb flash.
It may take an hour or more to create the recovery USB.

2 - do a clean install of windows 10
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
make sure you get home or pro that matches the license.
