Okay I believe they are up to date, I am going to try and play a game to see if it fixed anything.

Everything is up to date now and I checked to play warzone and as soon as I click play it says "display port not found" , "going to sleep" I got a new hdmi so It's not that. The desktop it self doesn't go to sleep. The monitor does.

Have you gone into the On Screen Display (OSD) to review the settings?  If not, this is your next task.

However, that is the Product Number for your computer.  I need the Product Number for your monitor!  Open the link that I provided.  It will tell you how to find it.

@Drag0nz12, unfortunately, that doesn't appear to be the full model.  Open HP Support Assistant to see if you can find it.  If the monitor is not listed, you can add it to HPSA.
