Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a Victus Gaming Laptop and when I first bought it everything worked. But for the last couple of weeks when I tried to open my camera it said: "We can't find your camera". I contacted Microsoft and they tried to fix it by clearing everything. They said that it had to do something with the drive and when they went on the HP website and looked for software to download for the camera it was not there. So they told me to contact you guys.

I understand that you are having issues with the camera.

 

If the error message We can't find your camera is displayed when you open the Camera app, use the steps in this document to troubleshoot the issue.
