Welcome to the forum.
I am not an HP employee.
Please provide your product number to get better assistance.
Can you describe the noise in more detail? Is this noise constant or variable? When is the noise happening?
It could be caused by a chassis fan, or the CPU fan, or the HDD may be clanking because it is about to fail.
Remove the side panel on your desktop PC to see if you can isolate the origin of the noise.

That sounds like you may have a fan problem on your graphics card. The fan may be hitting another component in the graphics card.
I really need your product number and more detail to help you.
You are making it very difficult to provide assistance.
I would tell you to use the HP warranty if you have one.
Or I would suggest removing the graphics card. Then run the onboard graphics to see if the noise stops. But I have no idea if you have onboard graphics because I don't know the product number.
