Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Every time I boot up my computer it says that It is repairing, but then I get a blue screen telling me it can be repaired. Therefore it does it over and over again. When I do the trouble shooting from the website nothing works and I still get the error.

What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.  Which version of Windows 10 are you running, 1809, 1909, 2004, 20H2?
