My hp pavilion g6 laptop battery is not charging, it is on when it is connected by a charging cable. Also wifi option on the laptop is removed.  how to fix both the problems

Hello,

 

You didn't post your exact model but I happen to know G6 models are quite old and in all likelihood, your battery needs to be replaced.

A couple of batteries compatible with your laptop (page 43): 

 

6 cell, 2.20 Ah, 47 Wh Part number:  593553-001
6 cell, 2.55 Ah, 55 Wh Part number: 593554-001

 

Google the part number, see what you can find, HP most likely does not sell them directly anymore.

 

Worst case scenario, you can still keep using it without a battery.
