My pc is a 4080 super/16 gig ram/ i7 14700k from hp. I began talking with support on  September 12 to 15 to convince them my cpu cooler has issues/ cpu pump issue in fan test/ cpu heat test or whatever it’s called and it took 6 different people to believe me. I had to reset my entire pc to prove it wasn’t a driver issue. I got sent a box beginning on the 18 but it got lost and I talked to them about getting a new box which took intil the 26 of September. It then got sent, arriving the 1st of October then I had multiple conversations with hp about when I would get my pc ,the estimated date 20 of October was getting closer so I talked with them on the 18 of October so that it would be definite  but it turned out it would not be the 20 but the 29 of November. Since then I have ask for a definitive answer to when my pc will be sent back repaired/ also my warranty ran out October 24 but that doesn’t really matter. The same answer has been given that they will ask the repair center to give a definitive answer but that has done nothing and the part pending has not change for the entire time. Im afraid that the estimated November 29 2025 will not be the last and they will push it back another month. So if a hp person can help resolve this and get my pc to be repaired then that would be great. If it arrives with no issue 29 of November then I will change this post if I can but if not I will call the bbb to resolve this problem which I don’t want to do. If anybody knows how to get a hold of a representative please let me know, or maybe if anybody is able to let one know since just talking with the regular hp people have given the same answer , please help . Holy molly I just made this post and my pc is getting sent back like how did they know? Welp this whole post is useless now.

Hi @Turtle_123cow-m,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for taking the time to share all these details. I’m really glad to hear the system is finally showing movement, but I absolutely understand how stressful and frustrating the entire experience has been. Extended delays, unclear timelines, and repeated follow-ups are not what we want any customer to go through.

To look into this properly and verify the repair status, we’ll need a bit more information:

• The full model number/product number (P/N) of your HP desktop
• The repair case number or service order number you were given

At the moment, we’re not able to locate any details with the information provided. Once we have the case number, we can check the exact repair stage, part status, and confirm whether the estimated return date is accurate or if an escalation is needed.

Please share those details when you can, and we’ll take it from there.

Thank you again for your patience. We’ll do everything we can to help get this resolved.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have an amazing day!

Thank for replying but my pc is coming back today, if I have any issues with it I’ll make sure to reply again. Like if the problem didn’t get resolved/ cpu pump issue but it should have been fixed.

I tried the cpu temperature and fan test but the fan part of the test failed twice, in that it wouldn’t complete so I don’t know if there is an issue. The test results say that it passed but im confused that since it never completed itself, how did it pass? What should I do?
