Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello I have an Hp pavilion gaming laptop that doesn't work. When I turn it on it stays on a black screen with the led light flashing on and off and the Fan turning on when the led light is lit up and turns off when the led light it off. I can load up the system information screen but after u run tests and continue the startup it goes black to the black screen. My warranty is expired and I don’t know what to do.

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

 

(1) Double check with external monitor connected via vga/hdmi cable.

Do you see boot screen and Windows loading on external monitor ?

 

- Power off external monitor

- Connect vga/hdmi cable

- Power on external monitor

- Power on notebook

 

(2) Please report your results
