Greetings @G_Dharshan

Welcome to the HP Forum.

It looks like your PC may have corrupted system files or a corrupted Windows Registry. And a failing system drive can also cause this problem.

I dread seeing this error because fixing this error can be very difficult.

Your PC also seems to be using the newly introduced "Quick Machine Recovery" option. This option may only work in certain situations.

Check your PC's hardware using HP Diagnostics as follows:

Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.

Select "F2". Run extensive system and component tests to confirm: a drive problem, a memory problem, or other component problem.

Windows is most likely corrupted if your PC's hardware is okay.

This Site has many options to get to the Windows Recovery Environment where you can try to fix Windows.

Unfortunately you may not be able to recover Windows using all of the options available within the Windows Recovery Environment. This means you may have to reinstall Windows.

You would have to remove the system drive. Then connect the system drive to a different PC as a data drive to recover data stored on this drive before reinstalling Windows.

If you are using BitLocker on the system drive (the drive is encrypted) the data recovery option would not be available.

You will have to reinstall Windows if you can't fix the current Windows installation.

Regards
