@Kanishka0604, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear your laptop is shutting down repeatedly and showing a blue screen. Let's work together to resolve this issue.

Identify the Blue Screen Error Code

When the blue screen appears, note the Stop Code or error message (e.g., CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED, MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, etc.). This helps pinpoint the root cause.

If you're unable to catch it, you can retrieve the error using HP's diagnostic tools or Windows logs:

  • Go to Start > Event Viewer > Windows Logs > System and look for entries marked "Error" around the time of the shutdown.
  • Alternatively, use HP Support Assistant to check for system health reports: HP Support Assistant | HP® Support

Run HP Hardware Diagnostics

Let’s rule out hardware issues:

  1. Turn off the laptop.
  2. Power it on and immediately press Esc, then F2 to enter HP PC Hardware Diagnostics.
  3. Run the System Test and Memory Test.

Update Drivers and BIOS

Outdated or incompatible drivers can cause blue screens.

  1. Visit the HP support site: Official HP® Support
  2. Enter your laptop model.
  3. Download and install:
    • Latest BIOS
    • Chipset drivers
    • Graphics drivers
    • Storage drivers

Check for Windows Corruption

Run these commands to fix system files:

  1. Open Command Prompt as Administrator.
  2. Run:sfc /scannow Then:DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Scan for Malware

Use Windows Defender or a trusted antivirus to scan your system. Malware can cause instability and shutdowns.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
