HP Recommended

So my laptop (Intel® Core™ i5-11300H Processor, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 4 Gt, 8 Gt RAM, 512 Gt M.2 NVMe SSD) keeps crashing several times while I play games.

Even older games (like Far Cry 3) or Dota2, and even if I lower the settings from optimal while the laptop is charging.

The game very frequently suddenly freezes and I have to reboot the laptop. 

Can you please help me to find a solution? It's supposed to be a gaming laptop so I don't think I should be facing these problems especially with older games (I wasn't facing this problem with Dota2 with my previous laptop which was also HP and had much worse specs in every aspect)
