Product name - HP Omen Transcend Laptop 14-fb0012na

Like the subject says, the laptop randomly freezes and makes a loud buzzing noise.

 

Also, despite the laptop arriving on 02/09/2024, the System Fast Check only gave the battery an "OK", as opposed to a "PASSED" like all the other components received.

Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

When did the problem start happening? What activities are you doing with the PC when this happens?

 

I would Contact HP for warranty service when you have a PC covered under warranty.

 

The symptoms you see suggest a possible hardware problem.
