Can some one advise in what to do? It’s really frustrating.

Have a look at this guide, you might need to clean up your System drive (the 128gb SSD) and probably want to limit the amount of programs that start-up alongside windows. I'm not sure if the fast-boot should be disabled on your specific device, you could of course time the boot with the feature turned on/off to see if there are any major differences.
