Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0029
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My pc doesn’t show signal to my monitor ive had this problem for 5 months now i know its the pc because the monitor works on a difffrent console ive removed my ram sticks cleaned it removed my grahpics card and put it back in  reseted my cmos battery cleaned the fans cleaned the mother board checked all the wires and tried diffrent cables and my pc still doesnt show signal to my monitor but the power supply is good because when i turn on the pc it gives power to keyboard and mouse and shows lights please help me ive had this problem for 5 months

What is your monitor ? How do you connect them ? Machine has  AMD Radeon RX 580 FH (8 GB) video card therefore you CAN NOT use  ports 4 & 6 at its back

 

 

  1. Audio Line-in
  2. Speakers
  3. Microphone jack
  4. HDMI
  5. VGA
  6. LAN (Ethernet)
  7. USB 2.0
  8. USB 3.1

You have to use  HDMI port or 3 DisplayPort ports of the video card.
