Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello I have a blue screen I need help so I can get back to online screen everytime I boot up I get a blue screen I went to YouTube did everything they said and it still won't work help.

What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.  Also, which version of Windows 10 are your running?
