I have a video of it doing it but i don’t know where to send it can you provide me a link to send it to so i can try and get this problem fixed it’s been doing this for months and gets worse every time.

You can upload videos to youtube if you want, but a picture might be all that is needed.  Can you explain what you mean by loading?   Windows usually shows "updating" when updates come in an some updates may be long.

 

What caused the problem in the first place?
Power glitch? Upgrade to windows 11 from 10?
Microsoft or HP update? Add a new device, memory, etc?
BIOS upgrade that went wrong?


Have you run diagnostics?
Tap the ESC key after powering on and press F2 to run diagnostics.
Do not allow any updates if disk or memory fail, especially a BIOS update.

I uploaded the video here this is what it keeps doing and it literally won’t work at all so i can’t even use it anymore

Your system is just stuck starting up.  If the problem started because of a BIOS update then it may not be fixable.  If it was from a windows update then the update needs to be uninstalled..  If you added memory to replaced a video board then that needs to be undone.

if it’s out of warranty and it’s the bios what am i supposed to do
