My son's HP Ryzen 5 desktop randomly decided to shut off and refuses to boot

My son has an HP gaming computer it has randomly decided to shut off and when it tries to boot it will either go inti automatic repair and try that 2 times and then shut itself off or it will load saying error code 0xc0000185. My husband has removed the hard drive cleaned and replaced it but its not doing anything. Help please.
