Hello there, My OMEN by HP - 15t-dc000 CTO is facing issues with windows key in my keyboard. So is it a software bug ?

When did you discover that it wasn't working?

Was it after a Windows update or did it never work out of the box?

 

There are some extensive fixes on the web. Have you tried any of them yet?

Here is one I will point you to. Go through the steps provided and let me know if it helps.

If it does not, you might have a bad or failing key on that keyboard.
