Greetings @Frito5

Welcome to the HP Forum.

I don't game but I build gaming PCs in my locality. I only use overclockable MBs and CPUs.

So I test PC stability and performance using synthetic CPU tests and GPU tests such as: Cinebench R23, or Furmark, or Heaven and others.

I also use OCCT free to check stability and component performance. OCCT will indicate if thermal throttling or power throttling is happening.

I stumbled across this Site which may provide some insight as to why your PC is averaging 180 FPS playing Fortnite.

Your PC's 180 FPS average is acceptable at 1920 x 1080 if game settings are at Ultra.

Again, I'm happy if a new PC build is stable and performs well while running stress tests before the PC is delivered to the client.

The user can overclock components at their discretion. I don't warranty overclocked component damage.

Many AMD systems can be tweaked using Ryzen Master. I have been building AMD PCs since 2018. I don't believe Intel now provides overclocking software

Graphics cards can usually be tweaked using MSI Afterburner.

However, component: power and/or thermal throttling are deal breakers.

Regards
