Product: HP Pavilion 790 Series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I currently have the HP Pavilion 690 series, and I bought an upgraded graphics card. The issue is the card is about a 1/4inch too long to fit into the case. So in turn I need to get the larger case from the 790 series. Problem is I can't seem to find a part number at all for it, or contact someone who might be able to provide me with it. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,

 

I don't think it is possible to buy a 790 PC chassis from HP.

 

Have you tried looking at alternative graphics cards having similar specs to the card you cannot install in a 690 case?

 

HP does not support modding existing cases and components. 

 

You would probably void your warranty on the 690 PC if you found 790 chassis.
