My pc been like this for months. I’m pretty new to pcs so I have no idea what this means. I had my friend make me a BIOS recovery drive but when I put the usb in and restart my pc nothing happens.

I also tried the QR code and the link but it takes me to no where.

Hi @Biggus2K 

 

You haven't provided a HP Product number. So there is no way to verify your friend used the correct BIOS for your PC.

 

Your PC seems to have some life in it based upon the image in your post.

 

A HP USB BIOS Recovery flash drive should work. Check out this HP Video for details.

 

Many folks in this Forum, having your problem, have fixed their PCs using a HP USB BIOS Recovery flash drive.
