Network card stops working

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

Check your PC's Driver download site for an updated WIFI driver.

Or uninstall and remove the current WIFI driver in Control Panel, Device Manager. Connect to the network using a Ethernet cable.

Let W10 install a possible newer version of the problematic WIFI driver.

You may have a hardware problem if other wireless devices on your network are working correctly.

You may have a W10 version 1903 driver problem if you are running the latest version of W10.

Regards
