I'm returning a desktop pc, and I believe I was told it would be picked up on Thursday and that I would recieve an email with details about the pick up and what to do next, however I never recieved anything, and not too sure where I go to get an answer. The billing and shipping address is different, and in the phone call the only address which was mentioned was the billing address, so I also want confirmation that they will be coming the the shipping address for pick up. I also tried the whatsapp live chat but I get no response.
