Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi! The system is sometimes stable and sometimes not, it freeze sometimes and the sleep mode is hanging sometimes. it has been this since the latest release for SSDI 83FE. Ive seen that the others have new BIOS releases but not for 84FE. Do you guys have any information if it will be released soon?  Thanks

Yes i have tried the hp uefi diagnostic tool etc. and also talked to support. Everyting passed green.

Hi,

 

Forum members have no idea when HP will issue a BIOS update to fix current BIOS issues for your product.
