HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop PC TG01-2000a (2Z6E1AV)

Hello recently bought a desktop TG01-2000a with 5600G and RX 550 2GB.

After few firsts launches & updates of windows and firmware it start to crash more and more often.

I watched windows system event logs  and no mention of the crashes reasons after that, no blue screen it just "freeze" randomly ( not temperature issue) sometimes right after OS session is opened.

It went even dark and not booting at all at some point, clear cmos made it restart but crashing right after again ... and now black screen only then (no bios access).

The pc has one week and it seems no support is available in my country FR (phone or chat), even in english ... All i can do is buy a "care pack" on support page. Can i get any assistance as product seems faulty ?

Hi

Sounds like you have a systemic hardware problem.

Take or send the PC back to the seller for a refund or exchange.

Or contact HP online at https://support.hp.com/fr-fr/contact/help/desktop

I'm not sure its a hardware issue, and my warranty says PC is picked by HP (no service center in my country) and reshiped to me.

- After first crash memory test indicated no issues
- Fan Spins / Green leds fix (not blinking)
- Cable checked
- tried cold boot "hard reset" => still black screen
- I tryed performs jumper clear cmos / reset => not changing a thing

- Cant make bios recovery pop with windows + b while opowering on.

Hi

I am in the USA so I am sorry to hear you can't return the PC or contact HP Support for factory service.

I think you have bad hardware; the PC will not POST.

You reset CMOS with no change in behavior. You can't recover the BIOS. Hardware problems may not appear in the Event Viewer.

Sounds like a possible: power supply, motherboard, or CPU problem, or any component or peripheral connected to the motherboard. Disconnect any unnecessary peripherals.

You need to replace the PC or have HP repair the PC.

I have notified moderator. Maybe someone working for HP can assist.

Thanks for HP notification but i finally reach them on phone, they refuse standard exchange of a 1 weeks new rig ... cause i didn't bought it online apparently but to an equivalent of "best buy" in my country, which has sold out this deal so can't exchange me neither 😕

I'll be called back by reclaimations services to see how to solve this ... I'll keep this updated ... still not clear whats cause the non post, bios, ram (or CPU but i doubt that on a 5600G ).

Case closed,5 people and the phone and 2 hours after, they'll pickup tomorrow for estimated 2 weeks at HP facilty for troubleshoot and reparation, not a exchange for a new PC but that will do it.

I wish i was in US thanks for you're help all HP people.
