Hi!

My new bought TG02-2221ng doesn't show anything on the screen/monitor. It came without an operating system. But something like BIOS should occur on screen? I tried all HDMI/VGA-connections but the monitor remains black. As soon as I link the previous/old PC picture occurs. So cable configuration should not be the problem.

A user in a (German) tech forum describes exactly the same issue:

So probably I'm not doing wrong, the system seems to be damaged and I have to return it?

Greetings @Heinzer

Try starting the PC while continuously tapping the "ESC" to see if you can get to the HP startup menu.

You can select the BIOS and other options from the HP startup menu.

Your PC would have a hardware problem if you can't access the HP startup menu.

Regards
