Hi @JoseLV04,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To determine the maximum resolution and refresh rate supported by your OMEN by HP - 17 laptop, you should refer to the specifications provided by HP or consult the user manual. Typically, the laptop's capabilities are dependent on the graphics card it is equipped with.

If your laptop has a dedicated graphics card, you can check the specifications of that specific model. Commonly used GPUs in gaming laptops are from NVIDIA's GeForce or AMD's Radeon series. Once you identify the graphics card, you can refer to the HP website or documentation for detailed specifications, including the maximum supported resolution and refresh rate.

Keep in mind that achieving higher resolutions and refresh rates may also depend on the type of video output available on your laptop (HDMI, DisplayPort, etc.) and the version of those interfaces.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
