the card works fine on my other pc but the fan shuts off after a couple seconds of it trying to boot new psu 500 watt more than what o need but still nothing

@Manarekts , welcome to the forum.

 

You have done all that can be done by testing the video card in another computer.  You know the card is working and doesn't require any PCIe supplemental connectors (6 or 8).  I have checked the specifications for the card and motherboard and can't see any reason why the card won't work.  The cards that I reviewed were PCIe 3.0.  The specs for your computer don't state the PCIe version.  The only suggestion that I have is contact the card manufacturer's Tech Support to see if they have any ideas for you.

The unit came with a GTX 1030 card. Did you un-install all previous NVidia software.

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..
