Recent loss of Bluetooth on desktop. I had lost the Bluetooth icon in device manager. Manage to restore but this is not complete. After previous fix from HP desktop had Intel (R) Wireless Bluetooth (R) 4.0 + HS Adaptor.
Under view hidden icon Bluetooth and Bluetooth Aux visible.
Under network adaptors the first 2 Blue device icons are greyed out. I re-installed the adaptor software for the intel AC-7260.
Previously had a problem in USB controller Unknown USB Device ( Device Descriptor Request Failed ).

Hello @Hitesh2
Looks like everything Bluetooth related is greyed out.
Right click on all hidden devices and uninstall them. If you get a prompt asking to delete the driver software for this device, check the box and uninstall it.
Go to the Action tab and click on Scan for hardware changes.
Then install the bluetooth driver (theres only one listed from your drivers download list for Broadcom Bluetooth)...
Reboot the PC . Does it help?
If not, try reseating the wifi card and USB cable attached to it if it has one.
Run the Diagnostic tool at start up and test for hardware issues for the network card...
Let me know if you find something.

Ok. just uninstall whatever it will let you.
Try installing the driver I linked.
If it still does not work, did you run the Diagnostics tool at startup?
Its possible the Bluetooth unit may be defective.
