After the latest windows 2004 update which was available over the weekend a few days ago, desktop does wake
up from sleep when a key is hit in the keyboard, as the Omen tower lights up, but there is no input signal from display
adapter.
To get back on, I have to hit the reset button of the tower to reboot.

Installed one of the later driver versions of
Driver Provider: Advanced Micro Devices
Driver Date: 5/15/2020
Driver Version: 26.20.15029.27017
from download available at
https://www.amd.com/en/support/graphics/radeon-400-series/radeon-rx-400-series/radeon-rx-480
and now display is waking up reliably after sleep.
However, sometimes, on wakeup on the windows login screen, any key press on the keybaord, such as attempt to enter password is not recognized by Windows. Workaround for this problem is to put the computer to sleep
again and this time hitting a key will not wake it up. Instead, you have the wakeup the system by pressing the
power button for a moment. When the system wakes up for the second time, key press does get recognized.

Until someone reports a solution, I would change the power settings. Set sleep to "never", and set turn off display to 20 or 30 minutes. These are my personal settings as shown below.
