Product: Victus by HP 15L Gaming Desktop PC TG02-0000a (4H509AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

OMEN is not showing GPU stats.  the GPU is runnning as the iGPU is disabled and monitor is connected to the external GPU.

 

My question:  How is it that HP has like 6 different services running on my computer...that I can't disable or remove AND it has a  "Support Assistant" with "diagnostics",  but their premium gaming software, OMEN, can't do the single most important thing, which is detect my external 6400RX GPU?   How is this possible?  What sort of engineering feat is this?

 

Yes. I've run all of the HP diagnostics....done all the updates (all from HP).. had my registry supposedly checked etc. etc.  

 

I don't need a solution. I will reinstall and that will fix it...as reinstalling seems to be the only way to fix anything on Windows.
