I have an unused motherboard fried dv7-6b03sg (notebook) and I still have the cpu.
I was wondering if the cpu can fit in any motherboards uatx for desktop , I want to build a budget gaming pc and I don't wanna spend more money if the cpu can fit in any motherboard.
CPU is 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7-2670QM 6MB L3 cache.
The question is , can the cpu work in any motherboard atx DESKTOP PC?
