OMAN command rewards saying not completed

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After I complete a reward and return when the challenge is over, it says the reason for losing is that it was incomplete. I have done 4 challenges, completed and lost because of being "incomplete."

Where do you logon now. The rewards are not available outside The US.
