OMEN 15 not supported by lightstudio

Hi,

I've just received my HP Omen en1033nf and the keyboard only lights up in white with no way to change the colour or add effects. It is rather strange for a computer sold with a 4 zone RGB keyboard to have no working control software for its keyboard. I hope to find some help and an explanation here.

Are you sure you machine has 4-zones keyboard ? If yes, you should see something similar to the following image on Lighting Studio.

Please use Windows Store to update Omen Gaming Hub first.

It is said as it has a 4 zones rgb keyboard, you can check it on internet and when a Omen 15 doesn't has an RGB keyboard the laptop doesnt appears on the lightstudio grid.

I already update Omen gaming hub and reinstall it.
