OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P7AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

When launches various games after anywhere from 5-60 seconds, my PC will crash and I will lose access to HDMI and display ports until I manually restart or it restarts itself. Have tried multiple fixes and so far no issues have come up. I have also monitored overheating levels and GPU temp has been stable (around 40-50 Celsius).

Hi

Please specify the fixes you have tried.

You can think it is the graphics card but this is not always correct. Are you using the latest graphics card drivers?

Check system file integrity. Look at this Site for instructions.

Run HP Diagnostics at startup to check hardware. Start the PC. Repeatedly tap "ESC".

Select "F2". Run component and system tests.

The PC may be blue screening, you cannot see this if it restarts.

Change blue screen settings, which will work for W10 or W11, using this Site .

You can now see the specific error code which is causing the PC to crash. Get back to the forum and provide this error code.

Try this a few times. Changing error codes usually points to RAM or the system disk but can also be caused by other hardware.

It is not possible to correctly diagnose a hardware or system file/driver problem in a forum without having additional information.
