Some games (not all) crashes the PC. I will get a black screen and the GPU fans will run at max speed. Nothing happens and I have to end it all by doing a hard shutdown by the help of the power button on my PC.

Games currently screwing up my PC is Atomic Heart, Hogwarts Legacy, Squad and even Path of Exile. There is probably some other games I've forgot to mention...
I solved Path of Exile crashes by lowering in-game settings (lol). So there seems to be either a temperature issue (I searched this forum and someone mentioned 72 degrees Celsius would make their GPU cause a black screen) or it's some sort of memory issue. As far as I know, the PC has always behaved this way the moment I got it. I thought it was related to OMEN Gaming Hub overclocking (which I can't turn off?!) so I just ended up running at the lowest there (120x) though with max voltage because lowering that seemed to make the system unstable as hell. So maybe I am overvolting - not sure.

It happens more frequently when the games become "heavy". That's why I turned down Path of Exile settings which worked because I could barely play it for 10 min before the PC crashed. So I suspect that if I lower my settings in Atomic Heart and other games, it'll run fine. So newer and more heavy games are likely more prone to GPU crashes after my experience with the 30L series.

Anyway. I just ran a tool doing some decryption stuff for known encryption algorithms (benchmarking) and it crashed the PC in less than 5 minutes and I am going to try that tool again after posting this. So that sort of confirms it's a temperature issue? Because I don't think that tool in benchmarking would fill up the VRAM with a bunch of data like a game would do...
There is also not an easy way to monitor the temperatures because when the screens go black, they will stay black. The crashes are so random while playing that I can't look at the temperature and what I do in the game at the same time o_O

This is so annoying and to be honest, I think the product has been faulty from the start and the warranty has most likely expired. Judging by all the posts here and on reddit about Omen 30L series, it seems to be a total flop if you take the technical problems into account.
I have built all of my PCs during my lifetime except this one, because I thought it would just work out of the box but it obviously doesn't.

Uninstall OMEN Gaming Hub

  • Go to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program

  • Find OMEN Gaming Hub and uninstall it

  • Reboot your PC

Reset GPU Drivers

Lower Graphics Settings in Games

  • Open a game that crashes (e.g., Atomic Heart)

  • Lower settings to Medium or Low

  • Turn off Ray Tracing, V-Sync, and anti-aliasing

  • Enable FPS cap (e.g., 60 FPS)

  •

Stress Test

  • Download HP Diagnostic Tool.

  • Run a GPU stress test.

  • Watch temperatures and listen for fan noise or crashes.
