HP do not disclose the fan dimensions at HP Part Surfer using the part numbers you have provided.

 

Your PC probably has 92 mm (3.62 inch) fans.

 

Measure each fan to verify.

Common fans used in many consumer HP PC's would be:

 

80mm or about 3.15 inches

 

92mm or about 3.62 inches

 

120mm or about 4.72 inches

 

Measure the fan frame from one side to the other parallel side. 

 

The measurement does not have to be accurate down to a sixteenth of an inch. You'll know what fan size you have using a close approximation if you are using inches.
