Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello !

I recently got an omen 15-5200 from my brother and i wanted to change the backlight after deleting all his files, so i downloaded the app from the microsoft store, but it seems like i can only broadcast live, because it says that no omen computer are associated to this account.  Given that he used to change the lighting, i don't know why it doesnt work all of a sudden.

HP Recommended

The Omen Command Center does not work for your model of laptop. Uninstall it.

Since I dont know what all you deleted, this might or might not work.

You need the Omen Control Center and HP System Utility.
