OMEN by HP - 17t-an100 CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone.

I bought my laptop a few weeks ago and I have not been able to get Omen Command Center to work.

I tried downloading all the software recommended through the HP website.

When I search for the application on the Microsoft Store it shows installed. When I click the icon or press the icon on the keyboard it shows the message below. There is no existing folder with the app. Thanks in advance for any help.

Have you tried to uninstall it then install again (from Windows Store) ?

Regards.

Unfortunately, I do not see any option to uninstall the program. As the image shows, it just says it is installed on my computer but there is no option to uninstall through Windows Store or through Windows 10. It does not even list Omen Command Center as an application on Control Panel.

Uninstall it in Settings> Apps & Features

Then reinstall your version.

Reboot and then do Omen Command Center updates.

Make sure you have HP System Event Utility installed.

Usually that type of error is due to the service not running.

Before you try to install the older version, go to Services and make sure that HP Omen HSA is enabled to run.

Type Services in the Search Bar and hit the Enter key.

Scroll down to HP Omen HSA.

If its there, make sure it running and set to Automatic startup.

I've tried that file several times and re-download it through your link. No changes.

I do have the HP System Event Utility installed as well. No change.

I cannot access an UPDATE button on the Windows Store as well.

The Services screen show exactly you have. I've tried re-downloading all the files as listed above by other users. I have no option to uninstall the program. I re-download the computer's specific version of it but nothing shows up after I installed it.omenservices.jpg
