You said you bought it a week ago brand new. Its fully updated correct? You have manually went to Settings and initiated Updates until there are no more, just to be sure, correct?

 

If its fully updated, you have something else wrong going on. That laptop shouldnt have any problems with getting the OCC to work.

Bios is version F.06 Rev.A correct?

I will say that unless you want to do a complete reinstall of the OS, you really don't need the OCC as it wont do much other than give you temperature reads and network priorities. Overclocking will not be available if your CPU is locked.

If  your new 100 CTO have a 4 zone keyboard lighting setup, you will need it to change lighting though. A factory reset might be the only way to get it working.
