OMEN Command Center Problem - Light controls don't work

Hello all,

I'm wondering if anyone has had issues with their "OMEN Obelisk Control Command" program while trying to turn the lighting off/change light colour? The program only worked for a few weeks a couple months back, but now it does nothing to alter the lighting.
I just don't want any lighting, does anyone have any kind of resolution to this that they've found?
