OMEN X 900-000 Series PSU

Hello, 

I've recently moved from the UK to Canada and I've taken my desktop with me (OMEN X 900-107na), my question is about the PSU. It says on the chassis that the PSU is 100-250V and when I've looked at various sources online some say all I need to do is replace the power cable and I'm sorted, others say I need to flip a switch on the PSU and replace the power cable and I'm sorted. I can't seem to find this elusive "switch" on the PSU.

I don't want to A: Blow up my PC or B: Blow up my apartment.

Does anyone know definitively if I just need to replace the power cable? Or continue to hunt for some daft switch?

Hello @AlanK4 

Pretty much all of the more recent power supplies that HP uses are auto switching and do not use that old switch anymore. If it shows its 100-250V but there is no switch, it will auto sense the voltage and adjust for it. There is probably the words Switching Power Supply, written on that sticker also.

Yes you will need to correct power cord to plug in with.
